Information you provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, riding experience and the information you include in your enquiry. If you leave feedback, the feedback system may store your public display name, email address, session type, rating, comments and consent choices.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange sessions, administer bookings, maintain business records and moderate customer feedback. Email addresses submitted with feedback are used for administration or verification and are not displayed publicly.

Publishing feedback

Feedback is not published automatically. It is reviewed first and is only published where publication consent has been recorded. Published feedback may show a chosen display name or initials, session type, month/year, rating and comments.

Storage

The website feedback data is stored in a protected server-side storage folder. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking in this build.
